Erlih Volodymyr Isaakovich
(1924 – 2001)
Erlih Volodymyr Isaakovich – was born on the 25th of September, 1924 in the Novopavlivka village, Odessa region. He studied at the Art College in Dnepropetrovsk. Teachers: Panin M., Pogrebnyak N.S. Since 1949 he has participated in regional, all-Union, and international exhibitions. In 1963 he became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He painted hundreds of portraits - lyrical, romantic, and chamber. The artist`s works are kept in private and museum collections in Ukraine and abroad. The artist died in 2001.
