Baroyants Mikhaylo Sergiyovich
Baroyants Mikhaylo Sergiyovich – was born on September 25, 1925 in the Kropotkin city, Russia. Graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute (1953). Teachers: A. Shovkunenko, T. Yablonska, V. Puzyrkov. He worked in the field of easel painting, realistically. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1958). Member of the World War II. Participated in republican (since 1954), and all-Union (since 1957) exhibitions. Major works: "Smirnova-Lastochkina Street" (1952); "Amatures" (1954); "Evening" (1956); "Friends" (1957); "At Noon" (1957); "Soldier of the Revolution" (1963); "Son" (1964), "Ways of Taras" (1969), "Morning" (1971), "Water Flows" (1980), "Carpathian Oilmen" (1987). The artist's paintings are kept in museums in Ukraine and abroad. The artist died on June 17, 2006 in Kyiv.
