ABOUT THE ARTIST: Ivan Andriyovich Tyukha – was born on 2nd of January, 1920 in Vlasivka village, Kyiv region. He studied at Kyiv Art Institute. Mentors: Erzhikovskiy S., Sirotenko O., Yeleva K., Shtilman I., Kostetsky V. Worked in the easel painting industry. Since 1951, he participated in regional and national exhibitions. First personal exhibition was held in 1957 in Kyiv. Major works: "Evening at the Seim" (I960); "On the renovated land" (1964); " Monument to arsenal workers", " Emelianov's house" (1969) and others. Ivan Andriyovich died on 22th of March, 2000.
