Slyota Petro Dorofiyovich
(1911 – 1974)
Slyota Petro Dorofiyovich – was born on the 3rd of November, 1911 in Lozova village, Kharkiv region. He studied at the Kyiv Art Institute. Mentor: Krichevsky F. Worked in the field of easel painting. Since 1947 he participated in republican and all-union exhibitions. Major works: "Kyiv. Khreshchatyk "(1957); "Harvesting of Corn" (1960); "The First Spring" (1964 - 1965); "Blue Morning" and others. The Artist died in 1974.
