Sydorov Olexiy Evdokimovich
(1924 – 2001)
Sydorov Olexiy Evdokimovich – was born on the 1st of May, 1924 in Meshi village, Tatarstan republic. He studied at the Kyiv Art Institute. Mentors: Shovkunenko O., Puzyrkov V., Reznik I., Sharonov M., Erzhikovsky S., Ivanov M. Worked in the easel painting industry. Since 1960 he participated in republican exhibitions. Major works: "Free Time" (1960); "In native Ukraine" (1963 - 1964); "The Year of 1941" (1964 - 1965) and others. The Artist died in 2001.
