Zorko Yuri Valentynovich

Zorko Yuri Valentynovich – was born on 21st of September, 1937 in Rozdolne village, Russia. He studied at the Krasnodar Art College and the Donetsk School of Artists. Mentors: Gladky V., Stashevskyi B. Works in the field of easel painting. Since 1972 – a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Since 1966 he participated in republican, all-Union, and international art exhibitions. Since 1993 – "Honored Artist of Ukraine". In 2003 Yuri Valentinovich was awarded the title of "National Artist of Ukraine". Major works: "The first snow in the Trinity-Sergius Lavra", "Sunday in Donetsk", etc. The artist`s works are in museums and galleries in Ukraine, Russia, France, Germany, the USA, Sweden, and Israel.
