Payment

You can buy any painting in the Gallery (Kyiv, 30 Andriyivskyy descent str.) paying by card or cash if you want to view your choice before purchasing. Another option would be placing an order on the website.

There are several ways to checkout:

  1. WireTrasfer if you’re located outside of Ukraine. Choose your paintings, fill in the order form and we will inform you about the payment details straight away.
  2. Payment by card can be done online if you don’t have any questions and ready to proceed. Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple pay are accepted. We strive to keep our photos up to date, but we are ready to provide you with more if you need them.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Delivery cost is an additional cost on top of the painting price and should be paid by the buyer. For every painting and country delivery cost and delivery time varies. Feel free to make an inquiry on info@L-art.kiev.ua and we will provide you with the precise delivery information.

Delivery within Ukraine is done by Nova Poshta. For international delivery we use UkrPoshta and EMS. Usually international delivery takes from 5 to 21 business days depending on destination and carrier.

We use different packaging materials to protect your painting during transportation.

		This painting will be presented by our gallery for the auction in mid-May. The exact date will be announced later due to uncertainty due to quarantine in the country.     RETURN POLICY
    
			
    The
return of works of art purchased in our Gallery or online store is possible
within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt.
    Return
conditions:
    Artwork
must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. If
the work of art was framed, then this rule also applies to the frame of the
painting. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging unless it was
damaged in shipping. Please note that "L'ART GALLERY" LLC is not
responsible for product damage or product loss during transportation to you.
    Refund:
    Refund is
executed within 5 (five) business days from the moment we receive the artwork
back. The refund is made by the payment method chosen by the Buyer when placing
the order.
